What is the ProAdjuster?
The ProAdjuster is a handheld chiropractic instrument used to assess how an area responds to a light mechanical input and to deliver controlled impulses during an adjustment. Dr. Tim combines what he observes with your history, examination, symptoms, and movement goals when deciding where and how to treat. The instrument does not replace a clinical examination or provide an imaging diagnosis.
What does an appointment feel like?
Dr. Tim will first discuss what has been bothering you and assess your movement. When ProAdjuster care is appropriate, he places the instrument against the area being treated. You may feel a series of brief, light taps. Many adjustments can be performed while you are seated, depending on the area and the treatment plan.
